Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, guides, and frameworks related to freelancer finances, gig economy strategies, EPF contribution methods, SOCSO registration procedures, quarterly tax estimation, and business expense documentation, is the exclusive property of our organization or its content providers. These materials are protected by Malaysian copyright law and international copyright treaties. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as permitted under Malaysian law. We are committed to resolving user concerns fairly and transparently. You acknowledge that seeking professional advice from qualified accountants, tax consultants, and financial advisors registered in Malaysia is essential for proper implementation of any financial planning framework.
